SUMMARY

I designed both UX and UI for ADP's Benefits Enrollment platform.

Overview

The experience centered around our persona, Brian — an information-friendly ADP Benefits Onboarding employee.

The purpose of the platform is for the ADP employee to enroll their client, Illumination Inc, for Benefits through ADP’s Guided Interview process.

Current-state of the site featured a disjointed experience revolving around repetitive copying-and-pasting via Excel into the ADP Benefits platform.

Working closely with the business team, designed for new requirements on a daily basis.

Design System

Anticipating lots of repetitive modules and cards in the Guided Interview section, a design system was necessary.

Using the colors from the recent ADP brand, the design system featured bold colors and an updated typography scale to fit a modern product.

Dashboard

Satisfying technical requirements, the dashboard provides an informative peek into each benefits plan’s progress.

Created concurrently with the design system, this part of the product proved to be the first successful testing ground of the system.

Here, Brian can upload a document, create a new plan, or continue to build an existing plan.

Guided Interview

The design system was most crucial for the Guided Interview with repeating typographic styles and treatment.

The sidebar was designed with flexibility and ease of understanding as its priorities.

With questions broken into six sections, the interview encompasses all the information needed for Brian to enroll Illumination Inc’s Benefits.
